Welcome to Voxlink, the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) based call handling, appointment booking solution. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voxlink platform. By accessing or using Voxlink, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use Voxlink.
"Voxlink" (“The Platform”) refers to the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) based call handling solution provided by Fluxfed Technologies Private Ltd. (“Fluxfed”, “The Company”). Voxlink includes all its associated services, features, and technologies. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Voxlink. This includes but is not limited to administrators, employees, agents, or representatives of organizations using Voxlink for call handling.
Voxlink is provided solely for the purposes of automated call handling and facilitating appointment bookings between service providers and their clients or customers. Users agree to use Voxlink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The users are granted a right to use the Product under the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You agree to abide by these terms and conditions while using the Product. However, this right will cease to be valid upon termination of this Agreement. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using Voxlink. This includes personal information, contact details, and any other relevant data required for the booking, call handling process. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (such as usernames and passwords) and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must immediately notify Fluxfed of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
We gather and retain personal information from users of the product and their customers, which includes phone numbers, to facilitate booking and communication purposes. All data is securely stored within servers located in India for a duration of one year.
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on Voxlink are the property of Fluxfed or its licensors. Users may not use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or display any content from Voxlink without prior written consent from Fluxfed or the respective intellectual property owner.
The user consent to granting us the right to utilize your brand name and logos on our Website and other marketing materials solely for marketing purposes. This enables us to promote the use of our services. We will exercise this right with due diligence and in alignment with your brand guidelines, ensuring that your brand is represented accurately and positively.
Voxlink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Fluxfed makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of Voxlink or any information or content provided through Voxlink. In no event shall Fluxfed, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Voxlink, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
We will not alter or withdraw the allocated Virtual Numbers unless:
The pricing and tariffs for using Voxlink are determined by Fluxfed and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Users agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with their use of Voxlink. Fluxfed reserves the right to introduce new pricing plans, modify existing pricing plans, or discontinue pricing plans at its discretion. Any changes to pricing plans will be communicated to users through via call or email. Users are responsible for reviewing the current pricing and tariffs applicable to their use of Voxlink. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to Voxlink. All fees and charges are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Users are responsible for paying all such taxes, levies, or duties. By accessing or using Voxlink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Pricing & Tariffs terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use Voxlink.
This Agreement does not aim to create, nor will it be construed as establishing, a partnership or joint venture among any of the involved parties. It does not designate any party as an agent, franchisor, franchisee, employee, representative, owner, or partner of another party.
Our services may utilize third-party providers, and while we strive for seamless integration, we cannot guarantee their quality or availability. Factors beyond our control, such as maintenance or network issues, may impact their performance. By using our services, you accept that we bear no responsibility for interruptions or deficiencies in third-party offerings.
Fluxfed retains the authority to suspend or terminate access to Voxlink at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason. This encompasses violations of the Terms of Service, misuse or abuse of Voxlink, or actions that could potentially cause harm or liability to Fluxfed or others.
Fluxfed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on Voxlink. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of Voxlink after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, Voxlink, or the use thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired thereby. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and, if necessary, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Fluxfed regarding the use of Voxlink and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. By accessing or using Voxlink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Voxlink.
